Shipping
Most orders will be shipped priority mail within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays) with 2 – 3
day delivery. Rug Looms and sets are made to order and can take up to 30 days depending on order volume.
Billable transportation charges for Freight Intensive items will be the greater of the dimensional weight compared to the actual weight. In addition to transportation charges, freight carriers may assess an additional oversize charge per package.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal for all U.S. orders. Orders shipped outside the U.S. must pay through PayPal.
We also accept orders by "snail mail". Please include payment, including shipping from the table above, with your order. Please make checks payable to Janet Locey. Personal checks must clear our bank before orders can be shipped.
Return Policy
We want you to enjoy your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund (excludes custom orders). Items need to be in perfect, unused condition.
